This website is operated by Marissa Mountford, REALTOR®, EXIT Realty Metro. I respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What I collect
- Information you enter in a form: your name, email, phone number, property address, preferences and message.
- Basic technical information such as the page you came from, campaign tags in the link you clicked, and your browser type. IP addresses are stored only in a one-way scrambled (hashed) form.
- Anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
How I use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you ask about.
- To understand which pages and campaigns help people find me.
I will not add you to a mailing list or send you promotional emails without your express consent, and I never sell your information.
Who sees it
Your information is seen only by me and, where required, my brokerage. It is stored with trusted service providers (website hosting, database and email delivery) who may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long I keep it
Only as long as needed to serve you and meet my brokerage's record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing marissamountford@exitmetro.ca.
